I thought that I would join the forum to get some knowledge as I'm a new Vegan and some things are still quite strange to me.
I'm very much into functional training, health and nutrition as well as Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and have made the leap from being a long term Vegetarian to Vegan.
Might throw up a training log as well and see how it goes.

Welcome Max! You will find a great wealth of knowledge here. We look forward to your journey.
I expect to pass through this world but once; any good thing therefore that I can do, or any kindness that I can show to any fellow creature, let me do it now; let me not defer or neglect it, for I shall not pass this way again. (Anonymous)

"The worker has the right to leave his boss, but can she do it? And if she does quit him, is it in order to lead a free life; where she will have no master but herself? No, she leaves to sell herself to another employer. She's driven by the same hunger. Thus the worker's liberty is only a theoretical freedom, lacking any means of realization; an utter falsehood."
