i've run out of rice protein powder! a disaster in itself, but the question is: while i'm waiting for a new one was just wondering is a carton of so good chocolate soya milk good for a post workout meal? what makes me ask is i've heard that fat slows down absorption and there's like 5g fat per 250ml....
