soon i hope, with my home setup its more like 11 plates a side....may have to visit a gym purely for the 5 a side milestone.

Squat to 120.2kg (265lb) please

i think i did it twice but i was paranoid about the depth first time so went back and did it super deep (albeit with awful form)
JS - They think it will open the door to folk like LordMuppet campaigning for a threeway?

nice one, only 15kg to go to catch Sosso in the last top 20 spot ;)

Oh and Deadlift to a somewhat more modest 133.8kg (295lb) for me please. Bodyweight has gone up a few pounds (literally) will update monday as forgot to measure this monday.

yey! for liquid chalk (my university gym doesn't allow regular chalk unfortunately) and 'dip, grip and rip'

Deadlift up to 142.8 (315 pounds/3 plates on each side). Got the 300lb so easily i went for the 315lb just to see. Was surprised to get it to say the least.

Squat up to 122.4 (deep but ugly again)

Bench up to 77.1 (not much left in the tank i fear unfortunately)
