Thanks dude :) Those are pretty high reps you're doing there. Working on endurance too? Me, I quit soccer and so am just focusing on getting fat and strong :)
Same here (just without having played soccer ). I'm doing Wendler's 5/3/1 routine and have just started a new cycle at about 80% of my 1RM, which means low weights (with as much reps as possible), working my way up from there until I finally crush you in the squat race.

Haha, thanks. About the twelfth rep while deadlifting... :D

Bodyweight's the same

Squat 140kg now (+10kg PB, still no belt)
Deadlift 170kg (belt)

So Tuesday I set a new deadlift 7RM (but also heaviest weight I'd lifted) for 152.5kg. Then at night I went to the weightlifting club and ended up squatting for 140kg PB (got some good advice).
Then Wednesday I went along to meet the powerlifting crew, turns out it was heavy deadlift night lol. First time lifting with a belt, and tonights weight was them going easy on me since I deadlifted a max the day before. Managed 2x2@170kg. Certainly A LOT more in the tank.
But yeah, that's funny - a 22.5kg jump in deadlifts since my last update lol.

Bench PB should come soon.
