Ideal, plus those shoes are great for squatting.

No ways, your feedback was really useful. In the video you can see how long I now take to setup, and how much I push my ass out at the beginning to stop my hips tucking.

Your slaps are good though, nearly as good as salts.

Drive through the heels. If you feel the weight coming onto your toes look up. I think you're pretty good at doing this anyway, but look higher!

Good advice, the bb guy I trained with yesterday gave me the same advice and told me to stop squatting so low as its cheating. In fact he moved the safety bars up so I could not get past parallel. I need to find a new gym.

Bar path should be straight but is banana-shaped in the vid. Had a similar problem and solved it by focussing on keeping chest up all the time.

Been working on my form a lot, trying to slow down the decent so its more controlled. Also keeping the weight from coming forward ie banana bar path. Slightly sub optimal camera person with movement. My feet seem to be more solidly planted on the floor, via some sexy strengthshop lions.
Weight still comes forward but I managed to push it back.

Cervical spine should be neutral - imagine you're trapping a tennis ball between your chin and chest. Looking up kills your hip drive.

Usual disclaimer applies, only been squatting 2 years yadda yadda yadda

Not sure about that, looking up is good, helps keep the chest big and reduces the likelihood of the bar travelling forward.

I'd try not angling your feet out so much Balds (even though I might have advised you to do it in the first place :)) Try going back to narrower oly style squats and see how they feel.

Colour co-ordination is good. Think I might be wearing one of your old t-shirts today, baby blue Carlotti? Pretty tight on me like :)

Carlotti? I think is Mrs Baldys old top, must be full of estrogen.

Yesterday when I squatted, during the setup I reset my hands so my elbows were more under the bar and more weight on my wrists. Felt a lot nice, like I could take some load off my back. Wrists are feeling it today though. Time for longer wrist wraps maybe (and knee wraps).

If his gunz measured more than 45cm, Id go with what he said!

Singles at 125kg (after I failed a single at 130kg).
Form seems to me better, back is more upright and I am not coming forward on to my toes as much as I used to.

Looks pretty solid to me, good depth as well.

150kg boom!
Must say form wise I am really happy with it. The single I failed at 160kg got half way up then lost the tension in my back. So need to work on back strength I assume. Pity I don't have the video.

Please pick it to pieces though.

Looks pretty good man! If I was going to change anything I'd say more speed out of the bottom (your descent is perhaps a tad too slow, meaning you lose the bounce), and a neutral head position (looking up tends to make you drive your hips under the bar too early, so you lose hip drive because the weight shifts towards the quads).
