i read you can sprout flax seeds, does that change the omega 3 content?

Spirulina! Fish eat algae, which is why people recommend eating fish for omega-3.
It's forest green, and smells like fish ass, but it's lovely in smoothies.
(It also provides omega-3 in more a bioavailable form than most plant sources do)
