I'm trying to get serious about counting calories but struggle with reading Japanese labels here in Japan. While I'm brushing up on my Kanji, are there any on-line sources for vegan meal-planning that provides some suggestions regarding calorie quantities for a variety of meals?

It doesn't need to be specifically vegan, surely? I use
www.dailyburn.com. I think it's the best. You can log training in there too.

Never tried dailyburn - I'll have a look. I use myfitnesspal .. mostly cause it has an iPhone app which syncs with the online version.

A good friend has previously mentioned DailyBurn to me. I'll check that out. Thanks!
