Hey guys and gals I'm really new to this whole posting and threading thing but I'll give it a shot.
I'm a vegivore in a beef-eating state and So excited to come across a website that contains two of the main things I talk about from sun-up to sun-down. I am a hiker, climber, biker, runner, lifter, boxer - none professionally I like to be a jack-of-all-trades and I will talk fitness and nutrition to anyone who will listen! I have a bachelor's in psychology and have aspirations to pursue a master's either in nutrition or health psychology.
My current dietary goal is to incorporate at least one day of raw vegan foods into the week. It's been fun so far.
