Hello from Mexico!

Hi everyone! I am Iris from Mexico.
Since long time ago a friend recommended me this forum, however at that time i was not really doing anything for fitness.. or.. actually.. not even thinking about it.. :oops: anyway.. since several months ago i decided to start doing something about it and started exercising regularly, so im really glad to come to this forum and continue improving my fitness :D

Well, moslty i've been running, cardio, bodyweight exercise routines, some (very.. really light) weightlifting.. but looking forward to improve in all that :)

Hi vegan hal!! well... honestly.. is not a very big scene over here.. most of the people don't even conceive the idea of veganism and when i expose my veganism to others they look at me like :shock: However, there are already groups, restaurants, stores and places that support it or that are vegan friendly, and also some events are there.

Hopefully the scene will grow more and more and we can get more people to think about what they are eating..
So in summary.. the vegan scene here could only improve so let's improve it :)
