Monday-6 mile hill run at moderate pace on the flats and fast on the hills ....or the lumps in the roads!
Tuesday-1hr20 min bike ride- all flat as could be at a easy pace. The ride was more to just get away and relax.
Wednesday-6.5 mile run- slow (too slow) going out and then realized how late I was and tempo run for the last 3 miles back.
Thursday-30 minute swim and then home for a two mile puppy run. You should see my arms right now. I look like Dracula's chew toy!
Friday-5 mile run easy
Saturday-6 mile run at moderate pace 9:15ish. It was so stinking hot we decided on a 30 minute swim to cool off.
Tomorrow 13 miles
It has been tooooooooo long since I ran 13. I'm gonna die!
