Sorry no replies yet :D

I have seen more bodybuilding inclined guys loving this training method - but like all methods they are just providing some kind of structure which usually rely on pretty basic common sense rules and rely on a lot of psychological effect via the surrounding hype and offers of answers and structures.

The main problem is lack of individualisation, but you can add that yourself.

In other words, no harm giving it a go :D

But just dont go for the paid things i think ;)
