I need to learn to love the downward dog. My hamstrings are like a tight iron rod and need stretching out.

Trying to do them everyday, but its not a cool stretch to do at the gym.

My hamstrings used to be like iron. Not anymore. Sun salutations are good!

And laughed at "it's not a cool stretch to do at the gym." :lol: Coolness is necessary, eh!? :D

The sun salutation is of great help for my body in the morning. After doing this my body is satisfied and i feel this! :D

Right now my favourites are the pigeon and a variation of the child's pose. I don't know the proper name, you do it with a twist/arm stretch so that you lie on one arm with the head turned the opposite way and the other arm reaching over the lower back. Fantastic neck/shoulder/rhomboid stretch!
