I need to learn to love the downward dog. My hamstrings are like a tight iron rod and need stretching out.
Trying to do them everyday, but its not a cool stretch to do at the gym.

My hamstrings used to be like iron. Not anymore. Sun salutations are good!
And laughed at "it's not a cool stretch to do at the gym."
Coolness is necessary, eh!?

The sun salutation is of great help for my body in the morning. After doing this my body is satisfied and i feel this!

Right now my favourites are the pigeon and a variation of the child's pose. I don't know the proper name, you do it with a twist/arm stretch so that you lie on one arm with the head turned the opposite way and the other arm reaching over the lower back. Fantastic neck/shoulder/rhomboid stretch!
