UPS delivered my bench today.

DB Bench

I could have gone heavier. This is still a feeling out process.

DB Chest Flys
3x8x20's
Don't ask me why. I should have done high rep chest press sets instead. Duh!

DB Row

DB Rear Delt Raises

I realized I forgot to do my abs this week.

Sunday 8.29.10

Full Squat
6x3x200lbs

Rack Chins
3 sets

Summer class finals are over as of last week. I am doing the Extended Russian Routine to get my 1RM's back to practically where they were before (within a few pounds), then I will probably do the Smolov Squat Program to finish off 2010. I believe that's 9 weeks + 10 weeks.

You will get a carrot on succesful completion of said smolov program 8)
