Lately I have been trying to come up with my own sort of eating plan. This is something I have always struggled with. I have been trying to eat a balanced diet all day, and find myself really hitting the wall at certain points in the day and reaching for poor food choices.
If anyone out there has some sort of pre-build meal plan that they could share with me I would appreciate it. It seems to be the one thing that is a well guarded secret in the vegan community for some reason. I just need some kind of a 6 meal structured plan for my day.
I was raised to snack and it's been a hard thing to break, but if I have a solid meal plan I know I can stick to it.
I am a 25 year old male, 220lb and exercise 4-5 days per week moderately. That being said I need to eat better so I can increase my workout frequency and intensity. I feel sapped lately.
