Hey guys,
I bought a kettlebell a couple of years ago, and absolutely love it - 24kg, and very comfortable with most basic and some of the advanced movements. I think that it is time to move up - I can do about 15 snatches and about 12-15 presses with it, as well as ~40 squats and as many if not more swings (I tend to get more out of breath than lacking in strength with these moves.)
Which weight would you recommend next? I was thinking a 70 pounder, but am considering an 80...do you think that would be too much of a leap?
