JP for the win! Or maybe sosso defiantly not Spug.
At the last meetup Spug did not even come to the gym and when asked about his training told us about his personal trainer and baby expos.

JP should get there before me. I think he squatted 200 raw not long ago.

WTF!

Who is this "sosso" of which you speak? I looked for him in the top 20 of the Strength Table but couldn't find him.

Honestly, I bet on Jakob.
This abnormous genetic freak will win it all ;)
The plan:
1) 700 kg total and 290 kg deadlift (IPF RAW Junior World Record)
2) 762,5 kg total and 277,5 kg squat (All-Time Drug Tested RAW World Record with Wraps)
3) 762,5 kg total and 275 kg squat (All-Time Drug Tested RAW World Record without Wraps)
4) 775 kg total (All-Time World Record Total, regardless of testing)

The abnormous freak must be due a few PBs? His performance in that comp was very impressive.

rules:

1. sessions with 200 and above mentioned on this thread
2. winning 500lbs needs a video from a depth judging angle
3. wraps allowed
4. nail it

I thought you had already done more than 227.5 with wraps recently?

no mate that was with a suit too, 250

EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAASSSSSSSSSYYYYYYYYY

(that might have been a lie)

best without wraps before injury: 220

best without wraps post injury: 200

best with wraps EVER 205 (done yesterday)

getting to 227.5 wont be easy.

The old dogs have been talking about it for a long time but giving no results. I'd like to see Spug get back on it and prove that he's still lifting, but I'm guessing he's got a PS3 controller in his hands right at this moment. Sosso is the supreme dark horse and seems to lift anything which is "heavy" to the rest of us like it's a warm up but he's got to had a bit of weight yet.

Actually been playing some PC stuff recently, mainly picking up bargains from Steam.

Also considering getting a slimline 360.
