Wednesday 1/20/10
No abs

I only got 4-5 hours of sleep the night before; then I took an unintentional 3 hour nap in the early evening and woke up with a splitting headache.

Thursday 1/21/10
DB Military Press 3x5x47lbs
Chinese DB Row 3x10x66lbs

I probably should have gone a little lighter on the rows. They could have been done more explosively.

Friday 1/22/10
Deadlift 3x5x260lbs

Deadlift 1 or 2x5x220lbs (no belt), 1x5x200lbs (no belt)
To close to my 1RM for "assistive" work or not enough fuel. I need to be conscious of CNS burnout. My pre-workout "meal" was a bag of peanuts I had in my coat pocket on the way home from the grocery store and pharmacy.

Deadlift 2x10x170lbs (no belt)
no shoes or socks either. I didn't feel like putting them back on after the heavy sets. 53% of my 1RM felt better.

Notes: I DL'ed today instead of Sat. because I'm going to change my lifting days to Su/Tu/Th or M/W/F/ to free up Sat. nights. I got bored doing RDL's for assistive work and I'm not good at GM's. No push-ups today. My triceps got hit yesterday with OHP and I ran out of fuel (empty stomach).

Wednesday 1/27/10
Full Squat 3x5x230lbs
Full Squat 3x10x170lbs

Note: My legs feel swole after this session. :) My schedule is all screwed up this week because of school work and dentist appointments. I'll squeeze in what I can.

DB Pwr. Clean 3x5x70lbs

(2 or 3 I lost count of how many sets.)

Notes: Strict pressing is boring.

I went to heavy on the first set.

Deadlift 2x15x170lbs (no belt)

Notes: Not a bad week for a rush job. I need to remember to do weighted ab work before it comes back to haunt me.

I haven't lifted in a while. I was doing an all bodyweight exercise routine. I lost about 40-50lbs off of my SQ and DL. I lost approx. 10-15lbs off of my upperbody DB lifts. Also I was busy apartment searching and moving.

The good thing is that I lost more than 20lbs of fat this spring on a low fat diet eating more raw fruits and veggies. I say mostly fat because I do not have anyway of measuring my % of bf and I was never that muscular to begin with. I went from around 203-205lbs to 181lbs.

Today was DL day.
DL
3x5x235lbs
DL
1x10x170lbs (no belt)
1x10x140lbs (no belt)

I think the floor of my new apartment is tilted because I hurt my back.

I'll post my numbers when they are respectable again.

Sunday 6.20.10
Full SQ
3x5
1x15

Monday 6.21.10
Weighted Decline Sit-ups
1x15
1x10

Plank
1 minute
45 seconds

Tuesday 6.22.10
DB Push Jerk
3x5
DB Pwr. Clean
3x5
DB Floor Press
1x4
2x5

I went to heavy the first set.

DB Row (standing)
3x5

Thursday 6.24.10
DL
3x5
1x20

Btw, my entire apartment IS titled downwards towards the street which is throwing me off SQ and DL.

JP, I've seen your squat numbers. Your butt must be huge!

The bodypart I get complimented on are my sexy legs.

Just cos you never received a compliment about it, does not mean that the ladies dont like it.

I will tell you a little secrete, one day I put on my girlfriends skirt just to see if it would fit. She was amazed how great my ass looked in it.

Same goes for hairy chest and facial hair, ladies love it they just don't realise it.

7.5.10

DB Military Press
3x5x40lbs

DB Floor Press
3x5x40lbs

I actually cranked out a few more than 5 reps on the last two sets.

Standing DB Row
3x5x56lbs

Pull-up Self-Assisted
2x5x20lb vest

Chin-up Self-Assisted
1x5x20lb vest

Edit: I do assisted pull-ups/chin-ups on my squat rack like this: http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/Lat ... pSelf.html
I have an Iron Gym Extreme pull-up bar, however the doorway of my new apartment is to close to the wall.

I wasn't supposed to do this workout until Thursday. I ordered an inexpensive small flat bench this weekend.

I didn't workout last week. It was summer break from school so I just eat out and got fat.

7.6.10

Full Squat
2x5x170lbs
1x5x175lbs

I should have gone heavier.

Full Squat
2x10x140lbs

I should have gone lighter and done more sets.

My knees felt funny, crackly today for some reason. :?

Correction: It WAS over 100 degrees fahrenheit outside yesterday.
