Have been a good bat recently with the training sie of things:
Tuesday last week: Weights (including 45kg nice easy bench press)
I did a couple of swims and CV sessions but cant remember when
Saturday: Cardio in the gym
Monday: 45min low intensity run and then later on 30mins badminton
Tuesday: swim 50x22m
