Soar knees

Postby Ombah » Wed May 26, 2010 9:27 am

I started running (again) on monday last week. Has been running Monday, Teusday, Thursday, Friday and Monday since i started and now my knees feels kinda soar and tired (but are still runable). I understand that I should be careful with this and do something to prevent injury. Is there any stretching that will prevent injury?

Oh, and I only run on forest tracks.
