hey heres the vid:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vmGKPWmHoZU

hurts to watch :D

yeah finals ahoy! But lets be real, with the kindest possible way, I WILL GET FUCKING OWNED!!!

These are the top boys of the game, immensely strong, the events are so heavy it hurts just to read the list, there are 7 events... love it! Cant wait!

If i beat one guy to the respectable second last place I will be a happy man. But I will give my all on every event thats for sure and hope to take some names on most events.

Do you know who else has qualified? I assume Mark Clegg and Paul Wood. John Hobson? Will be a treat to compete alongside those guys for sure, even if they hammer everyone.

dont know the full list but its is just a collection of beasts.

Paul cater (170+ log press etc), Harry Shahlei (Loz's little brother, the guy from WSM), simon cowdrey (southern qual winner), ben france (natty bb here, veggie)...

From OSG gym crew (or more or less) mark clegg obviously and Joe hubble (oly lifter background), james robson, johnny mills...

I mean things like 300+ deads and 250 raw squats are not uncommon in this crew :D

When i look at the list of people, i struggle finding guys who i could beat

Nice to see you unleashing the rage on the truck pull, great video to watch.

Some time to do positiive visualizations before the finals (and maybe get some gel for the hair in case your on tv?).

Goddamn that looks like such hard work. How come you took off your belt for the tyre?

Yeah, was wondering on the tyre. Did anyone try lap the tyre, then grab the rim and lean back to get it off the ground? I remember some people doing that at the unit. Looks awkward as hell and rough on the hands.

yeah that was my original plan - but the tyres i have done it with have been 60-80kg, and that was 115 so the answer was NO WAY :D Many big units have tried it and failed.

the belt was in the way of getting close to it thats why i took it off, but hey, there was not even a chance eh :D

only one guy loaded it, two were "close" as in got it lapped and moved it a wee bit lol!
