This is what I managed to get done:
BB Bench press: 30 kg, 3 x 10.
Deadlift: 55 kg, 3 x 10.
Assisted dips: -30kg, 3 x 10.
Shoulder flyes: 5 kg, 3 x 10.
Bicep curls combined with calf raise on one leg: 7 kg, 3 x 10.
Leg raises x 10.

I tried to count the pushups, since .flux was asking and I think it goes like this: 10 regular ones, down on three up on one, 10 superman pushups, then 5 of the first kind and then 5 superman again. I did the last 7 ones on knees. (This is after one hour's shadow boxing, just to be clear...)
