Monday- 6.5 easy
Tuesday-8 mile group hill run
Wednesday-5 easy and sore miles
Thursday-10 miles including 4 miles of speed work on track
Friday-5 miles easy
Saturday-10 miles ......there are actually some trails worth running
and they kicked my @#@#@
a few good hills for here. Nice to be in the woods and feel away!
