Spreadsheet updated! Good job everyone.

Chole-enjoy your recovery weeks!

Skoptic-I think a 20 mile run makes up and then some for two missed days. What pace did you run it at?

I'm tapering for a double marathon in 12 days and it's the last two weeks of school so running is being put on the back burner right now. Which is no big deal since I'm not going to get any stronger two weeks out. I'll be fully recovered for the thing at least :)

4/27 - 16.2k
4/28 - 13k
5/01 - 8k

8 min mile on the nose, so a 2hr 40 run. I'm training for double ironman .. so lots of LSD (not the psychedelic ... that makes me runs sideways). I was quite gutted because I ran out and back from a veggie / vegan cafe on the grand union canal. I spent a lot of the run thinking about their vegan chocolate fudge cake .. and then got back 5 mins after they closed!! Doh!!

(for extra 'macho' points I cycled 50 miles the day before and 80 the day after (today) - currently eating a lot and sitting a lot :-))

My week continued to be not-so-great, but the challenge is helping me to get out when I might otherwise not.

I have a new challenge for you......I need a marathon. grrrrrrrrrrrrrr I didn't make it in the lottery. I get the feeling after reading my polite rejection email that it takes three years of rejection before you can count on a yes. Oh well, I'm going start looking again for a Oct/Nov marathon.
