what's your favorite restaurant meal?

Postby seanf399 » Thu May 06, 2010 4:39 am

I just got an amazing meal at this cafe called mozy's by my house.!
Hummus, blackbeans, brown rice, cabbage, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, avocado, sprouts all in a bowl! mixed them all together! It was the best nosh of the week! The hummus was fresh and has just the right amount of tahini to be orgasmic!

So......what do yall get when you're out?

BURGERS!!!

You and I share a love.

I have too many restaurant foods that I love.

There's the tempeh burgers at Red Hot Lovers with a side of yam fries.
There's the eggplant dish at the Chinese place on Liberty.
There's falafel sandwiches at Jerusalem gardens
There's the vegan pesto and tofu pizza at Silvio's
There's the vegan plate and the deep fried WW chimichanga w/ avocado at BTB
...and that's just in my town of 120,000 people.

There's the ice cream in San Fran. Oh and everything at Herbivore. Vegan burgers at Harveys in Canada. Vegan Empanadas in Chile. There's too much good stuff!

But generally, I like burgers and sandwiches. With lots of toppings. :)
"The worker has the right to leave his boss, but can she do it? And if she does quit him, is it in order to lead a free life; where she will have no master but herself? No, she leaves to sell herself to another employer. She's driven by the same hunger. Thus the worker's liberty is only a theoretical freedom, lacking any means of realization; an utter falsehood."

may be different in the UK, but I'm pretty sure pizza hut pizzas aren't vegan. I've not been to one in over 20 years, so maybe it's changed, but I thought I remembered them using animal ingredients in their crust.

Same over here Hal, but they changed fairly recently.

I've got to admit I like the pizza hut pizzas, I not known for my refined tastes though.
