What frame to ride? Get one with a good warranty so if it snaps, you get a free one and they get to design a better frame from having one being returned.
Im not sure where you are, but in Australia I get fitted by Steve Hogg and cant recommend him enough. Steve has customers from all over the globe come and visit him. Ask around for a shop near you that has an experienced bike fitter person. They are usually over 50 and not the young punk that just started 2 years ago and thinks they know what they are on about!
Bike fit is critical. Doesnt matter how bling, how light, how stiff our bike is, if it doesnt fit proper, it doesnt mean zipp. (no pun intended.
