100 day running challenge: who's in?

Only joking.... here you go ... I think you want it in km - that right?

17/4 Sat 10m 16km (Sat .. first day)
20/4 Tue 7.5m 12km
21/4 Wed 4m 6.5km
22/4 Thur 7.5m 12km
24/4 Sat 11.5m 18.5km

and if it's OK .. now I'll do the normal week (mon - sun) to help reduce brain power which is running low (especially after conversions!)

BTW Aflicki - events booked in are mostly triathlons, but have an ultra or 2, some long sportive bike rides and general fun & games How about everyone else?

No blood, just sweat Km or miles either way. I complained that I couldn't covert miles to km at 4:30am so Cleetus made the spreadsheet for either!

I have posted a plot of the 1st weeks daily kms in the first post in this thread. I find the colours pretty hard to differentiate at this point, but then I am red-green colour blind so hopefully they are all separate colours! I will get around to adding a cumulative kms, days run, and metres gained too. Let me know if the plots would be more useful somewhere else.

04/18: 6km run, untimed, with dog.
04/19: 4.52km run, untimed, with backpack (work to home).
04/20: 5.23km/3.26mi approx run, 31mins, with backpack (work to home).
04/21: 5.23km/3.26mi approx run, 31mins, with backpack (work to home).
04/22: 5.23km/3.26mi approx run, 31mins30secs, with backpack (work to home).
04/23: 2km approx run, easy 15min run whilst out-of-town for work.
04/24: 9.5km trail run with another plus dog.

...pretty sucky due to work demands. First week has made me realise I need to find headlights (somewhere at home), so I don't get caught out on the trails in the dark!

I had originally intended to track hours run too, but what does everybody think? It's a bit of extra work, but it might be interesting in the cumulative, eh?

For me, anyway, am in two minds about timed runs - have been enjoying weekend runs without a watch of late. Lol, also had a near face-plant last week as a result of trying to see my time in the dark, and not looking where I was heading.

Found my goal race but the only problem is it is in October. I think we should extend this to a 1000 day challenge!!
Well, the other problem would be I have to make it through the lottery.

ok gang me checking in for the week,another pretty low week to be honest,marathon recovery mode
a mere 46 ks this week! 42 of which were in the same run,..and four of which were a little gently recovery jog mid week!

You people blow my mind. A great week for me would be, like, 25km.

Nooo. At least for me it is a way to handle stress. After I run so many miles, I'm toooooo tired to let anything bother me.
Monday-8 miles easy
Tuesday-6 miles with hill repeats. Think I will start going my club for these next week
Wednesday- 3 miles on treadmill after spin
Thursday- 6.5 miles real easy
Friday- 5 miles speed workout on track
saturday- 10 mile group run

now to wait until next week to see if I make it through the lottery
