Hey guys and girls. A little info about me: 26 years old male, vegetarian, I've been doing ashtanga yoga for 3 years now. I'm a small guy but I got some muscles thanks to yoga and my irregular working at jobs that need physical strength.
Last week I started this program called p90x, it's quite funny american super marketed exercise. But it's hard work and should get some results. Maybe if people here are interested about it I could start writing how it goes on. My main goal with this is to build some muscle and core strength, not that much of fat burning.
And some info about my eating habits
I try to eat as clean as possible. Organic and non-processed foods but to this p90x exercise I had to buy some soy protein and vegan protein bars to cover my protein intake.
