Vegan Walking Boots

Hi I wonder if anyone can help me?
I'm looking for some good quality waterproof vegan walking boots.
I live near Brighton so am aware of the Vegetarian Shoe's range of walking boots, but I've no idea whether they'd be reliable.
Can anyone recommend any?

Hi,
Personally I always buy Salomon boots. Most are made of synthetic materials. A pair with a Goretex lining will be a good compromise between waterproofing and breathability. You can't have 100% waterproofing and breathability. It is always a compromise.

100 million % agree I love my salomen boots and the glue is vegan too I walk miles in mine and not had any hassle with them I love them! Everyone Ive recomended them to has loved them too.

I have had a pair of Ethical Wares Ranger boots for about eight years now. I practically lived in them during my time living in a muddy protest site, done several seasons sabbing in them and used them for hiking. I love them although I fear I may only get one more season out of them as the goretex lining has torn in places and bellows tongue is losing its integrity. They are so comfy. I will be sad to see them go. I have known people who have not had more than two years worth of life out of these boots, though. The trick is to be religious about dubbing them! I can't recommend them enough.
