Nooo. At least for me it is a way to handle stress. After I run so many miles, I'm toooooo tired to let anything bother me.
Monday-8 miles easy
Tuesday-6 miles with hill repeats. Think I will start going my club for these next week
Wednesday- 3 miles on treadmill after spin
Thursday- 6.5 miles real easy
Friday- 5 miles speed workout on track
saturday- 10 mile group run
now to wait until next week to see if I make it through the lottery
