brilliant stuff, today is day one for me,..in about ten minutes in fact,my only problem is i cant really track exact kms,i just round it into an average of kms per hour or so,based on seasoned running and meticulous running logs over the years :) hope thats ok,some runs i know for deffiate but my daily little maintanance stuff is an approximation.
This is already quite inspiring though cos i just came home from an 11 and a half hour day at work and the only thing getting me out the door for a run is this thread!! :) yeehaaa!

It's not too late for a 10min run is it?!?! eaaasy! :) not that I want to give you an excuse but I don't think most will run all 100 days anyway, but it would be nice to start with a run!

I've added the starters that I think are participating to the first post in this thread. Let me know if I have missed anyone.

What happened to my nice weather? It is raining! Oh well, I am off. I hope everyone enjoys their Sunday run (if you can get one in). One of us gets to repeat Sunday twice due to traveling.....should be a nice total run there!

Oh, this timing works out great since I have a marathon in there from today. However, need to recover so miles might be on the low side for a little while.

Are we going to update daily or weekly? Maybe we should break into groups based on average times or miles to have a little competition and more activity on here?

It would be easier for us if everyone updates weekly. Which marathon are you doing?

So the end of the first week :-) - Hope everyone had a good one.

I managed 40 1/2 miles ... which is 65 km .. or as The Duke would say, 16,767 beavers..... but the weekly mileage should be going up from next week :-) (er.. that includes both saturdays.... not really sure how I should be logging this)

gms: Ran the Boston Marathon.

4/17 - 4/23: 41.2 miles (66.3 km converted)

4/17: 5 miles
4/18: 4 miles
4/19: 26.2 miles
4/20: Rest
4/21: Rest
4/22: 6 miles
4/23: Rest
Miles are a little low since I had a taper, marathon and recovery in this week. Might stay a little low for the next couple of months if I do another marathon in 3 weeks.

chloe: What marathon did you run, London?

So, what races does everybody have planned?
