while I'm typing. Women is doing a 80KG DL lockout in The Biggest Loser (Aus verision)

Gluten Free? Are you Coeliac? Kristy recently has found out she is coeliac and I'm eating gluten-free when I'm at home.

toby - I don't think I'm celiac. I just seem to do better avoiding wheat.

Today, I had gluten-free toast with peanut butter and jelly.

Most mornings it's that or corn flakes or tofu scramble. Every once in a while we make gluten-free pancakes or waffles.

You can find gluten-free oats. I've seen them in a couple speciality shops around here.

Doing great!

I'm gluten free too, did you find when you first changed your diet that you got worse before you got better?

I did find that, actually, although part of it might have been that it took me awhile to figure out exactly how much food has gluten in it (oats, everything with soy sauce, etc.).
