the usual:
1/4 cup lentils
1/4 rice
approx. 1 cup spinach
2/3 cup mixed frozen veggies
2-3 chopped cloves of garlic
1/2 chopped onion
at least 2 finely chopped chili peppers
a few bits of fresh ginger
1 tsp Swiss Vegan Boullion
pinch of salt
lots of water if you like it mushy like me
heaping spoonful of nutritional yeast after cooking
today's dish:
1/2 cup lentils
1 cup spinach
1 tsp of each although you can replace with fresh versions: ginger, garlic, cinnamon
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Swiss Vegan Boullion
lots of water to make it mushy
after you cook everything, add in a bunch of raisins (amount depends on you)
I liked how this dish had a sweetness to it, maybe I'm just weird though
