I haven't had much time to watch but I've been trying to catch some of the hockey games. Hope the Canadian women win tonight!

Another +1 for short track speed skating.

Also like the nordic skiing events.

The olympics have definitely been a good advertisment for how beautiful the West Coast of Canada is. Howver I am pretty damn sick of all the sappy commercials that play repetitively in the breaks. Barf. Patriotism is only fun in that it gives me someone to cheer for, I don't really so much care for all the overly sentimental stuff that's supposed to make me feel all warm and fuzzy about my country.

Canadians kicked ass on the women's 2 person BOB SLED last night. touch for the Germans who usually dominate.

Of the 17 medals Canada currently holds, 14 are from female athletes. Great job, ladies!

I am happy with you neighbor to the East

It is amazing how "patriotic" we get during the Olympics.
It IS amazing to see how wonderful the women are doing!

I will confess that I watched women's figure skating last night.
That young Korean girl is awesome. The Canadian girl whose mother died has amazing Focus!
I also enjoyed the mens ski jumping BIG time!

although I find all kinds of nationalism appalling, it's hard to to be a little bit smug about the Swedish olympic curling team winning gold by the smallest margin ever against Canada last night

I'm most impressed by Kwame Nkrumah Acheampong, the skier from Ghana who learnt to ski in Milton Keynes a couple of years ago.

3 speed skathing and a snow boarding not bad for a country with 0 mountains. One guy with a trauma as the coach from Cramer sended his rider to the inner line and he missed out on his gold medal.

spain got 0 medals, so after winning all importnad sports events european cup football, cycling (tour de france), tennis (davis cup, many grand slams), ... finaly some rest..
