About 3 weeks ago I started excersising pretty intense and after each excersise I've been drinking a soy protein-shake. Since I started doing that my stomach isn't what it used to be. My farts stinks like hell and I must poop a lot.
It has to be the soy, cause it's the only thing I've change in my diet. Should I stop with soy and use something else or can you use it combined with something to make it more gentle to the stomach?
