I had a car accident about 3 and a half years ago and had whiplash. I find some exercises trigger the symptoms again but am not 100% sure which ones exactly (I think one where I'm lying on my back and raise my legs up kinda rolling onto my shoulders- for lower abs but not sure if it was this or the combo of that and holding onto the wall bars).
I was at the docs today for women's stuff and asked if there were any exercises I should do/not do with this. Maybe it was a lost in translation from English to Spanish or the doc couldn't be arsed refering me to someone with a clue but she just said, do pilates and swimming. But me, I like my gym.
Anyone here got any info on which exercises in the gym/on machines could help to strengthen the weakened area and which to avoid like the plague?
