Coach was not in today so just did what I felt like. Felt a bit weak, eating has been shoddy over the last few days. Lots of job interviews and I don't like to eat a lot when I have them on.

Squat
1x5 - 40kg
1x3 - 60kg
5x5 - 70kg

Bench
1x5 - 40kg
2x5 - 50kg
2x4 - 50kg
1x5 - 40kg

Faffed about with some good mornings, can't remember the weights

Deadlift
4x5 - 70kg

One arm machine row
1x8 - 10kg
2x8 - 15kg

Decline situps
3x8

Got my program to follow tonight, but not till after I finished. Worked in today with one of the other lifters and just did what they did.

Box squat
1x5 - 40kg
1x3 - 50kg
10x2 - 60kg

Deadlift
1x3 - 50kg
1x3 - 70kg
2x1 - 90kg
4x2 - 90kg... was meant to do 6x1 but 90kg was too light so I did doubles.

Good mornings from rack
3x5 - 30kg

Glute-ham raises
4, 5, 5

Band pull-throughs
3x6

DB bench
3x8 - 10kg

Decline situps
2x8

That's some solid training man! how is the Olympic side of your training coming along? I'm missing the old MVS days now....they were fun times....

Hey man, not done much oly stuff lately, I'm going to be going back to the other gym in a week or so cos my gym shuts up for the school holidays. Hopefully will do some then... need to set some numbers for baldy's shiny oly lifting table.

Cheers bud, I hope very soon that the numbers start to improve, as they are fairly low right now. When I look back on what I was doing this time last year it irritates me, yet also serves as good motivation to train harder.

In other news, as of next week my unemployment spell will officially be over :D :D

222 for din dins to celebrate, hopefully will get over to wood green for some lifting this weekend as I have no idea if I can train this coming week!

10x2 - 70kg... lower box than normal, getting easier

DB incline bench

Narrow grip bench
2x7, 1x5 - 37.5kg

Upright row
3x7 - 20kg

Situps
20, 10

Some tricep extensions with light weight

It's half term next week so the gym is closed. Will try and do some improv sessions or do some running if the weather gets better.

Haha well that was the plan but it rained every time I wanted to go out, and I'm a sook and won't run in the rain ;)

Tuesday 23/02 - BGWLC

12 days since I was last at the gym and I expected to feel weak, but felt fresh as a daisy and it was a really good session.

Box squat
10x2 - 75kg

Squats
2x5 - 70kg... these floated up after the box squats.

Deadlift
6x1 - 110kg... easy, wanted to do more but held back.

Good mornings in cage
3x3 - 60kg

Bench
5x5 - 47.5kg... no problems.

Glute-ham raises
3x10

Decline situps
8, 8, 14

Looking forward to Thursday already.

Major DOMS today. Couldn't walk properly. My glutes and hamstrings have filed for divorce, so just took it easy.

Box squat
6x3 - 75kg

Narrow grip bench
2x7, 1x5 - 40kg... forgot I was supposed to go 37.5 today and failed....

Glute-ham raises
3x5

Tricep pulldowns
3x10 - 15kg

Going into the gym on Saturday. OH pressing and full squats on the menu.
