Tuesday 23/02 - BGWLC
12 days since I was last at the gym and I expected to feel weak, but felt fresh as a daisy and it was a really good session.
Box squat
10x2 - 75kg
Squats
2x5 - 70kg... these floated up after the box squats.
Deadlift
6x1 - 110kg... easy, wanted to do more but held back.
Good mornings in cage
3x3 - 60kg
Bench
5x5 - 47.5kg... no problems.
Glute-ham raises
3x10
Decline situps
8, 8, 14
