Cool, I'll look up my numbers tonight. Do I just post them here and you'll update the table?

Excellent, yep that's it. We just need our friendly moderator to make this one sticky now and remove the sticky on the old one.

I'm pretty sure my 1m isn't right - I think is the 509 number. But, I have two races this weekend, so I'll post 'scores' after those. Should be some big numbers - as if it all really means anything. Hahahaha.

yes, I doubt that is correct! I don't imagine your 30s is your true 30s power either. Changed, for now, but bring on the big numbers this weekend. 8) I'm expecting you to crack the 1k mark for 5s. Don't let me down. :)

Interesting, mine can't be correct either. My 1min is less than my 5m! Gonna have to look that up when I get back home. Fat chance that I will remember....

Alright, some sweet new times from a crit and a ridiculously hard road race:

Max 1176
1s 1176
5s 1120
30s 659
1m 558
5m 349
10m 308
20m 282
30m 265
1hr 248

Also, I weight 75kg, not sure how 72.5 got up there...

So what do you guys use to measure your power with? im' going to buy a Garmin 500 soon, then a bit later in the year a powertap hub to go with it so expect some MAHOOSIVE numbers for the 1sec and 5 sec mark and then double digits for the rest of the numbers :)
Let's plunge ourselves into the roar of time, the whirl of accident, may pain and pleasure, success and failure, shift as they will - for it is only action that can make a man.

I guess you use something like this to get the numbers?

Image

Or do you use bigger things? What should you look for when you want watt mesurement?

Just out of interest the guy who came 10th in the Paris Roubaix averaged 320W for nearly 7hrs

Looks like JBC is our only hope!
