Thanks :) I'm looking forward to seeing where it takes me.

Just training on the Tuesday and Thursday, I ditched the Wednesday class as it was just olympic lifting and I wouldn't be able to free-roam the gym.

Well, if I decide to do olympic lifting, I'd be in good hands, Giles Greenwood is the head coach.

Let me have a go at powerlifting, fail miserably, then come crawling back asking you for pointers ;)

It's good to see you're back into it, my new favourite training log.

I miss the MVS lifting by the way.

Me too. You guys should still do some MVS training every now and then!

Is this a program you've been given? Are you doing both Oly and PL?

PL only. There are heaps of guys doing oly lifting on the nights that I'm there, but they all train at the 'other end' of the gym. They have some kind of rivalry going on, I think.

Don't have a program yet. Have just been doing what I was instructed to do... although I was told next week I'll be getting one.

Tell me about it, I'm sore as hell. I take about a minute break in between sets but I get fidgety when I'm training alone and taking a long break between sets does not compute with me... I just can't do it. That session yesterday I was there for about 90 minutes. I think he thinks I'm uber-scrawny and wants to put some mass on me - which is totally correct!
