I'm not a Vegan, but am considering it - especially as I have quite a limited diet anyway.... what's a few more on the avoid list eh?
I don't have milk, yeast, sugar - and try to steer clear from things like wheat/bread etc. I posted a thread asking for your favourite recipes - as I'm not much of a cook and need inspiration! So hope some of you will participate there.
I work in computers, and actually run a few of my own community orientated sites - which seem to take up pretty much all my spare time.
Fitness wise, I go on my exercise bike every other day for 40 mins or so - use the sit up bench a couple of times a week and occasionally do some biceps curls when I remember!

I have it at least once a day! It's just quick and easy, and relatively healthy.
