Ok the table is up but very out of date, half of the guys in the top 10 barely even lift weights any more.

Lets bring in the new school!

All your crossfitters, kettleballers, strongmen and powerlifters show us how strong you really are.

solid, stickied.

You dropped all the "assistance" lifts out, deliberate decision?

Yeah I felt it had the table too messy with lots of blanks.

We can start threads for other lifts if wanted?
Or I can add them back, if people prefer it?
Or we can just lift some weights off the floor till they are overhead!

I think it was an excellent decision to drop the assistance lift :) . If I could make a wish it would be that you added sinclair points to the table and sorted it on that. That is after all the official way of comparing weightlifting performances.

The only major problem is that I have no idea how Sinclair points work, I will take a look into it. If its simple and meaningful then probably worth adding.

It is quite simple and extremely meaningfull, and wikipedia has a decent description: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sinclair_Coefficients . At one point I started making a script for calculating the table with sinclair coefficients, if you want I could finnish it and send it over. Or you could just make one yourself, your probably even more of a nerd than I am :) .
Anyway, if you dont want the sinclair points then just skip it. I wont be making PBs anytime soon anyway.

wikipedia wrote:Assume that we are assessing a male weightlifter weighing 56 kg with a total of 305 kg.
Then, x=56 kg, and we have
X=log10(x/b)=log10(56/168.091)=-0.477356434
A(X^2)=0.845716976*(-0.477356434)^2=0.845716976*0.227869165=0.192712821
10^(A(X^2))=10^0.192712821=1.558521584

Sinclair Total = Actual Total x S.C. = 305 kg x 1.558521584 = 475.349 kg

Your on the board, from the clean videos you posted awhile ago I would say you have plenty more tucked away in your bag, your clean technique looked awesome.

Thanks! The clean is no problem at all, could probably do over 80, but my pressing sucks big time.
