i am on my 6th week as a vegan ... i enjoy the challenge and i feel great.
however, i do not seem to have lost much weight. is that normal? i dont eat pasta, and non of the frozen vegan fast foods ... mainly i eat only vegetables and fruit.
i am doing an ironman triathlon in march so ideally i want to lose 10- 15 lbs -- any input on why i am not losing weight?
i feel great so i stick to the vegan diet, just curious why the weight is not falling off.
