Here's one of my favorite superfast lunchtime meals - I'd love to hear yours.
Ingredients
Cous Cous
Pataks curry paste
Small tin of kidney beans or chick peas (optional)
Method -
Boil the kettle
In the bowl you will eat from pour some cous cous
Add hot water
Stir in a table spoon of Pataks
3 - 4 minutes later - eat.
Stir in your beans/chick peas if you like.
Sorry if it sounds a bit vague - i never measure out any quantities - just pour cous cous and add 'enough' water - you'll get a feel for it.
