Also, my 10k PR is actually 32:28 (not 32:30).

Another new entry for the running table - I had a go at my first 10k race on Sunday.
chip time: 45:42
I had a bit of a cold the day before, and wasn't feeling to good at the start, but I managed to get going OK during the race. I think I could have gone a bit faster if I was fully fit.
And I met another Vegan Runner at the start of the race, which was cool. :D
