I was just wondering if anyone has had the same problem as I am having, and have always suffered from?
My problem is that I cannot increase the size of my arms. I have no issues putting on mass anywhere else on my body. As a matter of fact, I put mass on pretty easily, except for my arms. When I say arms, I mean biceps, triceps, forearms and shoulders to a lesser extent.
I've hit them every which way I can. I've gone low rep, high rep, varied the amount of sets, isolated them and exercised them in compound movements. Normally I give them 3 days to recover, but I've gone as low as 1 day, and even given them a week.
This is not a new problem, it is something I noticed when I started pumping iron back in college.
Has anyone ever "suffered" from the same problem and was able to overcome it? Any suggestions would be welcome.
