as i was buying a box of falafels from the supermarket last night, it dawned to me that one should try to eat falafels with different kind of food combinations.

Things like sauerkraut or calzone are pretty standard, even if out of the box thinking.

Might try to have some in sushi wraps...

I have tried it, suboptimal. The spices in the falafel did not mix well with the brown sauce. Falafel with stewed cabbage and lingonberries was better but not perfect. The search goes on!
