I've recently been taking Cissus for joint/tendon pain. I find it to be pretty effective although the taste absolutely disgusting. I recently bought a capping machine and vegan caps so have been making them up. Mostly just wondering other people's experiences of the stuff, plus does anyone know a good dosage to take? I'm mostly taking it to eleviate shoulder pain as I have very weak tendons/muscles both shoulders and am still trying to work out as much as poss.
There was no instructions on amount to take with my order of powder!
On another note if anyone else like me was sick from taking the powder (it really is horrible stuff) like me, I am making up caps in big batches at the moment for sale as cheap as possible. Please let me know if you are interested.
