Aye, some research backs up the claim that a wee bit of extra protein could help. But probably not in the way that would address what you are experiencing with tiredness and all. That could simply be... lack of rest
If you were on a calorie deficit, i guess you would notice it as a weight loss as well?
If you have a physical job you might need to build up your training capacity over time rather than just jump into it so you wont overtrain?
