hi i just joined this site im 35 years old 5ft11,86 kg just started back at the gym this year my stats so far.........
dumbell press 40s x5
do you guys use protein supplements at all?
i keep stalling and think i mite need more protein? and am tired a lot
i go go to the gym 3 or 4 times a week and have a fisicaly hard job(im a tree surgeon) thanks matt

Sleep 8-10 hours a day.
Eat 4000 kcals per day.
I don't use protein powders. Make sure to relax your brain as well.

Aye, some research backs up the claim that a wee bit of extra protein could help. But probably not in the way that would address what you are experiencing with tiredness and all. That could simply be... lack of rest
If you were on a calorie deficit, i guess you would notice it as a weight loss as well?
If you have a physical job you might need to build up your training capacity over time rather than just jump into it so you wont overtrain?
