I'm on facebook, it's kinda of handy to see what people are upto but actually seeing people is the preferred method of catching up!

Exactly, and Twitter is similar, but basically just 'status updates'. And there are a lot more people that contribute - for me it's pretty cool reading updates from Lance Armstrong, Bradley Wiggins, Levi, George H and others in the Tour de France.
And there are lots of other neat people, vegans, etc.. It's quick and easy to follow, and i also enjoy posting my own little bits, you can click on any of the links posted to see what people are going on about...
I open the page a couple times a day to see what peeps are up to, and post several thoughts myself each day.. It's not designed for conversation tho, mainly just putting your ideas out there, and that's aboot it. I'm surprised that this many people are following me..haha..
