Mmm broken foot don't sound too smart, probably best to give it a while to heal a bit.

As for the tgu's and bent press, maybe try some windmills to break yourself in?

Overhead squats with one 'bell are a good start for tgu's too.

I train with Kettlebells everyday, if you are looking to get into these amazing training tools then definately get some professional help.

If you are looking for trainer then you should look for them being qulified by ADPF, IKFF or RKC and you won't go wrong.

I have seen so many people using kettlebells unsafely just after they bought one from argos, dont fall into that catagory or you will end up hurting yourself.

Yeah, tried to do a couple of "high pulls" though probably weird looking with my 24 kg yesterday, did 4 for each arm but I can't say it felt that awesome. Ohwell, I won't pay for instructions though, get one of lower weight maybe.
