Baldy, I will get on this next week if I can. I am performing 3 nights in a row right now and need to save my arms!
Though another dancer and I just started working on a clapping push-up with the feet clapping as well, and then another version where the hands and feet all clap together at under the center of the body. I'll have to post a vid.

The triple-clap push-up: super impressive. It's obviously got a lot momentum from the pelvis being thrown back and doesn't keep strict plank form, but it's still a hard one. I don't think I can clap behind my back that fast. i need to work on shoulder flexibility!

Sportacus is awesome! and hilarious. I'm digging his push-ups. Maybe one day we can all be fitness superheroes!

This is the best challenge in the world and must not die.

Just did 73.

I felt foolishly convinced I could reach 100 but was nearly dead after the 73.

Solid progress from 50 to 73! You take the lead.

Who will be first to 100?

This morning I struggled to pick up my cup of tea. Shoulders aching from 73.

100 seems a long way away...
