Though another dancer and I just started working on a clapping push-up with the feet clapping as well, and then another version where the hands and feet all clap together at under the center of the body. I'll have to post a vid.
The triple-clap push-up: super impressive. It's obviously got a lot momentum from the pelvis being thrown back and doesn't keep strict plank form, but it's still a hard one. I don't think I can clap behind my back that fast. i need to work on shoulder flexibility!
Sportacus is awesome! and hilarious. I'm digging his push-ups. Maybe one day we can all be fitness superheroes!
